About Me

I am an Spanish guy, I grew up in Malaga and I love Spain, but I am a curious person so I guess that I cannot avoid to travel and live around. Right now I am working and living in Ghana (up to September 2015).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When travelling for me there is nothing better than visiting the place with local or resident people, they may give you the best advices.
At the same time I like the place where I live so if I have the ocasion it will be always nice for me to show visitors what that I like about my place and make them feel like home.

Interests

A good film can always be enjoyable.
I like to get lost on a book from time to time.
Theatre and concerts are always fun.
There is nothing like spending a day in a nice natural spot like the mountain or the beach.
I love the feeling when doing sports such as ski or surfing.
Eating good food and trying new tastes is one of life's greatest pleasures.
I try to always keep some time to share beers and talk with both friends and strangers.

Movies: Whiplash, Someone flew over the cuckoo's nest and Pulp fiction.
Books: Blindness (Jose Saramago), Anna Karenina (Leon Tolstoi) and El Camino (Miguel Delibes)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

To live in an orphange in Togo for one month, sharing the water, the bed and the bread with the orphalins. It is not an amazing thing that I have done but it was an amazing experience.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach little, learn a lot, share as much as possible.

What I Can Share with Hosts

The most important is to share experiences, and make the hosts feel confortable. During one of my journeys, a guy from Belem (Brazil) when asked about why he was so friendly to me, told me a sentence that resumes what should be offered, he said: "People talk shit about Belem, but me, I like Belem, it is my town. So I just want to give you good reasons to talk nicely about my town"

Countries I’ve Visited

Argentina, Austria, Brazil, Cuba, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Panama, Peru, Togo, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In

France, French Guiana, Ghana, Spain
