My name is Jieon which means a clever and thoughtful scholar. Most Korean name has a meaning! You can call me Joanna though if it's hard to pronounce.
I like a peaceful and quiet city, countryside, small village.
That may because I had been grown up in a very small city called Miryang.
Though I am living in Seoul which is busy, I am always trying to find a place where I can make myself relaxed.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Exchange student life in 2014 have changed my life.
I started to travel since 2014 and still going on. As starting working in 2018, it is hard to have long holidays.

I wanna spend time with local people so that I could know better than that travel book says about the country. Everything you do is new for me. Even very small things. Isn't it the same for you? If I just walk alone, even though I may be able to see the cities, I cannot notice those small different and new things.
