Overview
About Me
I was born in Guatemala City right in the center of the Americas. I am always smiling and take great pleasure in the little things of life.
I love learning and enjoy teaching even more. I believe it is impressive to see how much someone can improve with just a little guidance. As soon as I graduated from the University, I was invited to teach and I have been a professor there since 2012.
I am also an entrepreneur who runs a digital marketing agency and has an app destined to help people get more choices of what to do in ones' spare time. Being an entrepreneur is a big part of who I am. I believe that, for an underdeveloped country like mine, startups can play a huge roll on the economy´s growth.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Anyone can go to a hotel or a hostal, but knowing someone that lives in the country that you are visiting can show you a lot more about its culture. I also love making new friends and getting the opportunity to show a little about my own culture.

Music, Movies, and Books
My favorite book is Sophie's World by Jostein Gaarder. I love jazz and enjoy watching films that can help make more sense out of life.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Created two brands from scratch and launched them to the market. Along with my associate, we have created one of the only Apps that serves the Guatemalan market.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love teaching. I can share so much about the Guatemalan culture. I would also be glad to teach a little Spanish.
I would also be eager to learn about other cultures.
What I Can Share with Hosts
A huge smile, a Guatemalan meal and a great time learning from each other.
