About Me
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Travelling is beautiful but can feel empty if you don't have the right company. Me being naturally curious, I enjoy chatting with locals and learning about their country, culture, views and their own life experiences.
There is always something new to learn and I love listening to every sides of the story and then forming my own opinion.
Interests
Being an introvert, it's no surprise that I enjoy spending time in nature and the aries in me like to make it more challenging so anything from long tough hiking weekends to afternoon stroll in the local park will make me happy and positively energized.
Going by the rule 'exercise a day will keep the doctors away' is essential for both my body and mental health and as I'm moving closer to my feminine energy, I prefer now yoga over crazy cardio session.
Food is a big part of my life, and I'm always trying new recipes. I wouldn't call myself a vegan, but I mostly follow a gluten/sugar-free plant based diet and love sharing my creation with friends, family and our postman.
When it comes to my guilty pleasures, that would definitely be port wine and Portuguese custard tarts. Having said that, I could never live in Portugal as that would make me a complete alcoholic.

Music, Movies, and Books
Books I always like to come back to - Night Club (J.Kulhánek), The Name of the Wind (P.Rothfuss) is my old favourite, Haruki Murakami, Musashi, Anxious People from Fredeik Backman made me lough out loud so many times and I can’t even count how many cookery books I’ve got piling under my bed ....
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I had the beautiful experience of seeing doplhins in the open sea in Portugal, seals, and puffins then in England. Seeing birds' diving in full speed to catch their fish is extraordinary. Nature at its best.
