About Me

I'm one of the most easy going person you'll ever meet! I enjoyed every couchsurfing experiences I've done!

The most important thing for me when meeting people is mutual respect. For that reason, I like to take the time to learn about others, especially when we come from different cultural backgrounds. This, for me, is the best way to achieve mutual respect.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Traveling is so much more than bus tours and taking nice pictures. Couchsurfing allows you not only to physically travel to a different country, but it also allows you to totally immerse yourself in a different culture, which enables you to experience your journey more deeply. Hosts also generally have the best tips for which places to visit and pubs to hit! ;)

Interests

I'm in love with nature, the outdoors and exceptional sightseeing. I love going on hikes in forests and mountains.

When I travel, I like to know more about the history of the locations I'm about to go to. That helps me understand the mentality and ideas of the population a little bit more. Furthermore, this allows me to appreciate the key monuments and museums a lot more.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've had a 3 months internship on the United States' West Coast during summer 2014. I find this experience amazing not only for the technical skills that I learned, but mostly for the friendships that I built there along with the things we did. Parties (ragers they called them :P), outdoor activities, volunteerings and visiting small fishermen towns were all things that we did which made that whole summer one of the most amazing thing I've experienced!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I've been known to be a funny guy ... I'll do my best to make you laugh! :D

On a more serious note though, through discussion I hope to not only learn from your culture, but I want to teach you about mine! Hopefully, if I do a good job, maybe we'll see each other around Montreal someday! ;)
