About myself:
I try to enjoy life at it's fullest! I try to be very open to new experiences & love to learn and see new things.
Work - I'm a carpenter by trade and try to learn as much as possible around the world how people built their houses. Woodworking is a real passion to me. Or just being creative, upcycling, sustainable livestyle, permaculture. I love to garden as well. Raising a plant from a little seed to a full grown plant is just magical. Ofcourse I am more than happy to share my knowledge!
Hobby's - I love a good balance between being very active and relaxing. Moountainbiking or every outdoor activity that gives a thrill is good for me. Catching a movie with a beer and snacks, keen! It's all good :)

Music, Movies, and Books
I adore old 33 records..It's the closest to a fetish I'll ever get.
But I like everything that's good. Some of my favorites are: Dire straits, Bonobo, Arctic Monkeys, Alt-J, Beirut, George Fitzgerald, José Gonzalez, QOTSA, John Butler,....
Some nice Belgium music for you to discover ;-) Isbells (dreamy acoustic), Admiral freebee (sing/song) Triggerfinger & Black Box Revalation (RocknRoll) Bathazar
Check it out, it's really great!
For movies I like about anything, from diffrent coutries, doesnt matter :)
I especially love books about science or math. But also certain types or romans, like Stoner from Williams. Or philosphy or travel books, like Sylain Tesson or Paul Theroux. Oh and I like biography's as well, interesting historical figures in particular.
"Sapiens" by Harriri is another masterpiece that is must-read material in my opinion
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've ran to see the world's first sunset in Tonga
Drove 100km on a beach with a 4x4
Jumped of a bridge
Have loved
Lived in a warehouse
Teach, Learn, Share
Learning a language is of great value and interest. As well as stories, cultures, history, books,...
I love people that have a great interest in learning and teaching new stuff.
Sharing what you know and learned out of life, and getting other experiences and opinions in return is just fantastic, having deep philosophical conversations about everything and nothing adds to what forms you as a human being.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Cooking, helping around the house, conversations, space, travel stories, chocolate and beer :)
