Servus, I'm Michael a 23-year-old from Germany currently living in Baden-Württemberg. I spent a year abroad living and working near Pune, Maharashtra (India) as a social volunteer in a Camphill based organisation
In Oct. '16 I moved from my home-state Bavaria to Baden-Württemberg. First I lived in Tübingen and studied one Semester Philosophy and General Rhetoric. Later then I moved an hour up north to Stuttgart where I am currently studying PR and Design. I live in a shared flat with one girl and a guy from Iran and could technically offer a big fold out couch but the thing is I'd stay in the same room. So because I can't offer privacy I did set my settings only to offering Meetings.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I created this profile in India with the intent of finding interesting people living in interesting locations that feel comfortable sharing their culture, philosophy and dreams while welcoming me as a guest in their house and through that helping me with trying to get a at least a glimpse of Indias Beauty.
Now that I am back in Germany I welcome anyone that's staying in Stuttgart, would be interested in a meet up or wants Ideas on where they can find the best vegan restaurants and snacks, feel free to hit me up.

Music: I'm into a lot of different genres from Alternative to the whole Spectrum of EDM, Hip-Hop, Jazz, Punk Rock, Reggae and whatever feels good in the moment.

Books: I'm not a big reader though I like to create my own stories and try to step up my game. Currently I find a lot of joy in audio books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I managed to get terribly lost on my way to the Living Root Bridges in Cherrapunji (North India). I popped out at the top of the mountain and managed to get a wonderful view over the ocean - which confused me a bit because I was near the Himalaya and didn't remember any ocean in that part of the world map 😀. Then I began to notice - the 'ocean' was split in squares - simply an endless amount of flooded rice fields reflecting back the sunset in orange, purple and salmon colored shades. Won't forget that scenery. 😊
