Hey everybody !
My name is Aubérie. My parents gave me this name because of a journalist : Aubérie Edler. She is a great reporter of the Irak War. Maybe it is why I love travel and discover new things all the time.
I am learning music in a ..."Conservatoire" we say in french ! I'm a percussionist.

I am very sensitive and open-minded! My friends say that I always have the Smile :D ! Pretty cool ! And that I am a very organized person. But I don’t really agree with it, as it is a real Chinese puzzle in my head!

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I have done a big Europe trip, and I have choosen to meet people. To do that, couchsurfing is one of the best way ! ;)

兴趣

Arts in general !

Music ! Yes, It is not for nothing that I study it since 16 years ! I am very open with it. I hope and I know that you listen music that I don't know !

Photography ! I don't take pictures, but I love stay hours in front of photos, and imagine what it was happening at the moment when the photograph took the photo. My favourites photographs are Sebastiao Salgado, Helmut Newton and Ansel Adams.

I also love theater, I hope that one day I will play in a play. I lived in Avignon, I am sure that you know the "Festival d'Avignon". In july all the city becomes a great theater. The biggest theater in Europe. People come from the entire world to experience the festival.

I am also used to go to the Opera. Sometimes, as a musician I play music in the orchestra.

But I love very much cinema too. For me, watching movies, is like daydreaming.

Besides arts, I do sports. I did classical dance, ski, snowboard, canoe, rowing, basketball, rugby, badmington, volley ball ... I would like to try tennis :D

I listen to everything. Even if I don't like the music playing, I think there is always something interesting in any piece of art. We can talk about it ! :)

My favourite book is "Les dieux voyagent toujours incognito" de Laurent Gounel, otherwise I read also science magazines.
My favorite film is Forrest Gump ! ;) But also: le sel de la terre, invictus, django unchained, gran torino, intouchables, interstellar, inception, whiplash, la couleur des sentiments, le discours d'un roi, imitation game, Save Private Ryan

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I have lived 16 years on a houseboat, and my family and I have traveling for a month through France with it.
I went on a tour in Reunion Island with the orchestra in which I work. It's probably my best travel !
And a beautiful and wonderful Europe trip.
