I am pretty into fitness and generally try to go to a gym in most places I end up traveling to. I also usually plan my traveling around some sort of live music event (usually an underground techno/house festival or an underground metal festival or concert).

I'm on Couchsurfing to connect with locals of areas I travel to. After a while I get burned out of being around backpackers and would prefer learning more about a place than what other travelers get to see.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Music: Mostly electronic (techno, house, and dnb mostly), metal (black, death, and hardcore for the most part), and old school hip hop.

Movies: Comedy, horror, and cheesy action movies are mostly what I'm into.

Books: I started reading quite a bit in the past 4 years, usually personal development, non-fiction, and am also a massive Lord of the Rings nerd (I have the tattoo to prove it).

I don't know if it's necessarily 'amazing' but I perform stand up comedy on occasion and have done it twice at open mics overseas.

I'm from a small town in a rural state, not a city like so many other American travelers are so I can offer a different perspective on America and the world than someone from a big American city might. Also, more than willing to help teach English, swap music with hosts, and can also make the best gin and tonic anyone has ever had.
