Hi, I am Florent ! I have just settled in Grenoble for my phd (I study math but I swear I am not a nerd ;) ). I enjoy that tiny city among the mountains, and I spend a large amount of time hiking (or soon skiing !). I have three roomies, (well, 4 if the cat counts...) and we share a super house with a view on the mountains and a fireplace (wich is why I love it ! )

And we have an extra bedroom for family, friends and couchsurfers !

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet people, of course ! Also, it is very nice when locals can tip you on what to do when you are traveling and let you surf their couch :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

An amazing traveling thing I have done : few summers ago, on a flight back to home at the end of the holidays, we (i was with some friends) stopped at Helsinki for a night and decided to go out rather than staying at the airport. But since we didn't have planed anything and did very poorly, we ended up sleeping inside a cardboard on a roof. This was a very fun moment !

What I Can Share with Hosts

Well of course a good meal (I enjoy cooking) and a place to stay. I can also take you for a walk on the nearby mountains, or in the center for a beer :)
