About Me

28yo German student who has a somewhat unhealthy attachment to analog photography.
I'm a member of an improvisational comedy group and also think that Led Zeppelin is the greatest rock band of all times.

Most comfortable around creative people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Meeting locals to get to know insider's knowledge and aculturation.
CS is a great idea, I had awesome experiences with hosts so far. And sharing is caring, right? :)

Interests

As mentioned: Photography! Darkroom stuff and so forth. During travelling, I enjoy putting attention to unobstrusively oblique details. I'm not really in to tourism and sightseeing.
Oh, crazy about ambulances, that was my former profession.
I don't know why, but I end up at farms most of the times.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Stuff much older than I am.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Depends on whom I'm talking to, I regard roughly 20.000km of hitchhiking as amazing enough to be mentioned here - and everything I encountered along the roads. Most amazing country: Iceland. Most uncomfortable country: India.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teaching: Ask me about photography. And don't get bored by reading about it over and over again.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Handmade prints maybe? Or if I'm prepared, German beer. Also weird stories including sheep.

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Denmark, Egypt, England, France, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Moldova, Romania, Scotland, Slovakia, Spain, Turkey, Ukraine, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In

Germany, Netherlands
