Overview
About Me
A friendly freelancer architect around the World, currently based in Porto.
Lover of a glass of good wine, good food, fun conversations...and all that jazz! :)
I've just started working as a freelancer architect recently, trying my take to live the dream life.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To meet new people of course, maybe who share the same interests as me, and in hope for some help in getting know the local culture better, wherever I go. It is always nice to have the guidance of locals.
I'm always up for a good conversation, I enjoy exchanging stories and experience, and I consider it an extra spice to my travels, if I'm lucky enough to stay on a cool person's couch.
And of course I would be happy to accept guests at some point in the future, whenever I will have proper facility for that.
Interests
Arts, architecture, cooking and languages are my main interests at the moment, in which I am able to take part actively. If I have some creativity and free time left, I usually spend it with DIY-ing and doing some exercise.
I have some history with theatre, music and dancing too, but unfortunately I'm not too involved recently.

Music, Movies, and Books
I've always preferred music from the rock/metal/goth scene, but I have quite a wide range. I studied classical music for a long time, and recently I grew obsession with reggaeton and funk. I really enjoy listening to System of a Down, Jack White, Miyavi and stuff similar to that.
At the moment I'm trying to catch up with some oldschool "must-see" movies I haven't watched before for some reasons. I enjoy most of the genres if I'm in the right mood, but somehow I always happened to have a weakness for historical movies.
Unfortunately since I started my university studies, I barely read books, usually I'm pretty happy about it, when I don't have to look at letters. I enjoy reading comics though, mostly manga. But I can say that I grew up on reading The Lord of the Rings, that one is my lifetime favorite.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Well, hard to find one...this is not the one which someone else would highlight about me, but I was truly amazed by the fact that by the end of this academic year I was able to put a whole building together (on paper of course ).
You know, during these many years I spent at the university already, I haven't even realized, how much I learned. When I held the full project material in my hands, it truly felt like black magic to me. Of course I knew what architects do, but this was the moment when I truly realized, that I'm able to do some pretty serious stuff.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm more than happy to teach you something about Hungarian culture, some hard-to-pronounce but beautiful words, some nice recipes and basically anything you are interested in and I can help with! :)
I would be glad to learn some words in your language, get to know you and your culture. If you are involved with art, it would be awesome to get some tips form you :)
Let us share travel stories, food, drinks and life experience in general!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I enjoy good food and drinks, so I'm really happy to introduce you some novelties, or we can just throw a nice cooking party, if you are interested.
I love postcards, I usually have some in my bag, and I'm happy to exchange or give them away.
