I'm currently through most of my year long Working Holiday Visa in Australia, I've had a fantastic time so far in Brisbane, for the past several months. I've lived all other the US including Kansas, Colorado, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and most recently Hawaii. I love travelling, and have an easy going laid-back approach to almost everything in life. I enjoy getting to know people and can carry a conversation on just about anything, having a couple beers doesn't hurt either. I'm not a crazy party animal, but can enjoy a fun night out every so often.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have been planning a cross country road trip from Brisbane to Perth, and at the last minute my friend who was originally supposed to go with me had to back out due to schooling obligations. I'm looking for a travel buddy to split fuel costs with for all/part of my road trip. I'm planning for a two week trip, leaving Brisbane on Monday 15 June, then tentatively planning to stop in Bryon Bay, Canberra, Melbourne, Adelaide, Esperance, Fremantle and ending up in Perth around the end of June.
