I recently learned that in my soul, I'm a gardener and farmer :harvester, weeder, waterer, supporter and all things gardening / farming. My cubicle job no longer fit. We parted ways on good terms and now I'm on a mission to live the life of my dreams: walk around the world, harvesting as I go, but only in harmony with the environment. I'd like to land at farms (particularly WWOOF: worldwide organization of organic farming) and sanctuaries that are in communion with the land around them. <3

I will need places to land as I travel. and what an adventure!! I have no idea what's going to happen and who I'm going to meet. this is true anyway but there's a sense of constricting predictability that i'm leaving as I'm not currently working the daily grind type lifestyle. But i'm very willing to work! i will clean for you and garden (yes!!). i have many skills (to quote Xena). if there's something you need done, i'm likely able to help out. I'm pretty handy in general and expressively grateful for the chance to live this life of my dreams as it's unfolding!!

I love nature, wilderness survival and have i mentioned gardening and farming? I also study edible and medicinal wildplants. I've recently been making salves and teas straight from the garden. I also love to sing (but won't do that when folks are sleeping of course), play the guitar a bit, karaoke, scary movies, dramas, crafts. my list of interests is actually pretty long but these are at the top.

I taught community ESL (Enlish Second Language) a couple of summers ago to amazing groups of people. I speak pleasantries in over 30 languages and I love connecting with people via language. And what an experience to learn and figure out ways to teach something when words themselves don't cut it. To learn that there are different types of intelligence, to see faces light up as something comes togetherin someones mind, to feel the gratitude from the students. It was an amazing and unforgetable experience.

I know guitar basics, i'm learning so much about gardening, i know lots of edible plants, how to dry herbs for teas/other, make salves, lip balm, i'm learning about concepts of permaculture, I can take a computer apart, upgrade it, put it back together, i have an amazing contralto voice, some cooking skills, some beading skills, i love to cross stitch and other similar needlework so can perform or teach that lovely craft. I'd love to learn about different ways of living that I've not experienced. I'm open to learning so much. more language, more natural living systems. I'm a sharp learner with a great memory.
