Hey guys, I' m Benni - nice to meet you :-)

I'm 21 years old and my hometown is Nürnberg in beautiful Bavaria (Germany). At the moment I'm living in Würzburg where the college I attend is located.

CURRENT MISSION

We (my girlfriend and I) are planning an interrail trip through Scandinavia in august 2015 together. We have about 4 weeks time and hope to get to know a lot in this region. We'll be starting in Riga and Tallinn, then discovering Finland for almost a week. After a few days (beach, sea and relaxing) at the Aland Isles, we stop in Stockholm, then we'll taking the train to Norway to visit Trondheim, Olso, Bergen and Stavanger. After that, back to Sweden, we'll be exploring Göteborg and Malmö. Before flying back home, we'll stay a few days in Copenhagen.

We really would like to occupy some couches in Scandinavia - in order to get to know some nice people, to learn about the countries and the culture, to get some tips about some special places or to discover your city together.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing because I think that "All-inclusive" holidays are quite boring. I rather like to get to know new people which are able to give me helpful advice about the city they live in and its non- touristic spots. Couchsurfing also gives me the opportunity to see how people in other countries live and learn many new things about their culture I wouldn't be able to learn staying at a big hotel.

Interests

I really like all kinds of sport. Mainly I play soccer, volleyball and basketball with friends at the university I attend.
Also I like to travel a lot which I fortunately have been able to do since I got out of high school. But whenever Im not travelling I usually hang out a lot with my friends or spend time with my girlfriend.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

After 10th grade in high school I had the opportunity to attend an exchange program for one year. I lived in Tifton, Georgia, USA and attended the local high school where I met a lot of people and made life lasting memories.
