About Me
If I would have to say three characteristic words about myself, they would be
-responsible
-open minded
-witty.
-Everything you do in this world affects others, but most importantly yourself. If you act responsibly the world will reward you. You can count on that !
- I like to keep an open mind because everyone has something new to offer. Wether it is a way of life, a new experience or a simple suggestion to improve yourself.
- Laughter is the best medicine you can have for free. I enjoy good humor that is not worn out and has edge.
All and all Im not another brick in the wall. I refuse to belive so :D
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Im here to meet and greet fellow earth passangers on this amazing voyage we call LIFE. The opportunities that this website gives, in terms of new connections throughout the world , are unmatchable. And meeting new people from different parts of the world, enriches everyone in the process.
Interests
I like to learn about cultures, religions, music and philosophy. And in materialistic values i kind of want to know how everything works or how something was built.
With music i have a special connection because i have played the guitar for 10 years or so. It keeps the mind steady and expressing yourself through music is in itself the best gift of all.
For more ``sporty`` activities, im keen on fishing. There is something about walking through a river, mosquitos charging at you in all direction, your line tangeled in the branches, your clothes soaking wet from the rain. Oh yees! I like to refer to it as ´´meditation of the westerner´´.

Music, Movies, and Books
Cant get enough of the funk ! I live for good music. My personal favorites are Queens Of The Stoneage, Nina Simone, John Frusciante, Lexsoul Dancemachine, Queen, Michael Jackson, Ike and Tina Turner, Rare Earth... the list goes on and on and wall to wall.
What better way to relax after a hard days work than with a good cinematographic masterpiece such as Grand Budapest Hotel, Inception, Shawshank Redemption or some anime with a great storyline such as Totoro or Princess Mononoke.
No knowledge is compareable to that wich comes from reading books. I like books that have a satirical line to them i.e Mark Twain-A Yankee in King Arthurs court. Reading about conspiracy theories (Richard Dawnkins, David Icke) is also fun because you never know what to belive. And of course Castaneda. A man on a voyage through his own mind. What not to love.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I think that being polite, friendly and helpful to other people every day, is the most amazing thing anyone could ever do. Give your seat to an elderly person, help a lady lift her pram to the bus, open a door to a lady, help her with the coat. I do those thing everyday and i feel amazing ;)
Oh.. and I once helped a security guard arrest a drug addict, who was stealing. Just in case :D
Teach, Learn, Share
“The soul is the same in all living creatures, although the body of each is different.”
― Hippocrates
I would like to live to see the world free of racial and religious discrimination. There is still a long way to go, but something is definitely going on. These are interesting times we are living in. These matters should be approached from a view of humanity rather than just assessing people by the colour of their skin or their religion.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I would be more than happy to teach you the guitar,if you have one. If you dont have a guitar we will just make one because I think I know how :D
I am the extreme home makover team in all one man.
How is that possible you ask ?
Its easy- I can fix anything. Maybe not a broken heart but I can try with some ice-cream. :D
