I was born and live in Costa Rica, I studied a bachelor in environmental management and just recently finish a master in tropical ecotoxicology (so this means I'm a scientist with a passion for environmental protection and nature). I've travel to Europe two times, going for the third on February 2019, for academic purposes always. First I attend to a summer course in Landau, Germany, next I did a work intership at a research institute (Eawag) in Switzerland for 4 months and now I'm going to present my research project at a congress in Ghent. However, I love traveling so during those academic stays I always try to visit cities and nature places on the countries I visit. I love adventure sports like diving, cycling, hiking and climbing. As a costarrican, I consider to be very friendly :-).

I can't accept guests, because I live at my parents house (student issues).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to meet people when I travel and I think this could be an excellent way to do it. I need to be honest to say I'm new at couchsurfing, but i'm looking forward to the experience.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all music and film types, I believe there are good music and movies in all categories, you just need to pay attention to the good ones. But I preffer music with latin sounds incorporated. For books, I like science books, latin literature and spiritual books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of many good thingg to be born in Costa Rica is that you have the chance to have adventures all the time. So here I've done bongee jumping from a 90mts bridge, zip lining through the rain forest canopy, diving in the Caribbean and the Pacific Ocean (one of the best dives was when I got to hear whales singing under water). I attended to a climbing festival (climing all day, yoga and capoeira in the forest and swiming in natural pools from springs... from my travels to Europe my top amazing things was to snowboarding in the Alpes and to visit an undergound river in a cave in Czech Republic.
