About Me
Spanish, Londoner and currently studying at Duke in the U.S.
Love just finding about stuff, so travelling, meeting interesting people, reading, films etc.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Have always been really lucky and been able to travel a lot -- couchsurfing seems like the next step forward to really immerse myself when travelling.
So different yet much more interesting to hang out with locals and get that perspective

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: mostly 60s - early 2000s. Favorite bands: anything from the doors, blur, stone roses, pulp, the smiths, morcheeba (huge trip hop fan so Massive Attack, portishead etc), gorillaz, pixies fan, cocteau twins, suede, dandy warhols, lightning seeds, turbo-folk, john talabot etc.
Films: far too many but enjoy anything from shitty rom-coms to world cinema (esp Spanish-speaking / French), to great classics. Currently trying to watch all Oscar nominated films from the 2000s
Books: again, far too many but esp enjoy non-fiction or classic fiction. Last great I read was 'The Tiger' by John Valiant - would 100% recommend it.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
