It's never easy to describe yourself in just a few words, but let me try:
I am an open-minded, outgoing person who is always eager to meet new cultures, share experiences, taste some local cuisine and meet interesting people, no matter where I go. I love learning languages, too!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe it's an excellent way to meet new people abroad and share a bit of your culture while hosting them at home. When I travel I want to get the real experience, see the actual life of the place, see the city as the people who live there see it. What better way to do so than to stay with a local host? :)

Interests

Apart from the usual movies, music and books: I love the Spanish language and culture. I am still trying to make my Spanish better and better. I also do some winter sports, especially skiing and ice skating. I like dancing, latin dances are my favourite. I am a bit crazy about handicraft, most of all the hand-made jewellery (I am not an artist myself, but I really admire it and love to wear it). I am generally interested in any type of art, especially the impressionist and modern painting.
Plus, obviously, I am a passionate traveller!

Music, Movies, and Books

As for music, I am a bit into the classical music and opera. Sometimes I also like to listen to smooth jazz ballads. When I feel more energetic, I usually play some classic rock, indie and some well-known pop hits when I feel like singing ;)
Movies... Well, depends on the mood. Sometimes it's a costume drama, sometimes a fast-action thriller, and sometimes I enjoy a good comedy.
Books: mostly mystery novels, especially historical mystery books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Last year my boyfriend and I went on quite an intensive Eurotrip, mostly hitch-hiking. It was crazy and amazing, lot's of funny situations, breathtaking views and inspiring people.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you some Spanish or Polish. Or, if you speak Spanish, you could teach me :) I am willing to share what I've learned and seen during my journeys. I will also be happy to give you a tour around my city when you come to Poland.
I am ready to learn whatever you can teach me, especially about your culture.
