I haven couch-surfed only once, however I have lived with a family in Ireland, done exchanges in England and Brazil so I know how to respect others and treat their house well.
I can teach you some Spanish and maybe a couple of flamenco moves if you've got some rhythm in you. I'd love to learn basically anything anyone can teach me.
