Overview
About Me
I build ergonomic sprung flooring for both factories and dance studios in a family business my parents started when I was 6 years old. I used to sail Lasers competitively for 8 years and still sail occasionally. I was on the college crew team for a year, coached and competed in CrossFit for 3 years and I am now trying to find a better balance in life. I traveled quite a bit for sailing but it was always in a competitive atmosphere and I mostly just saw the water. I want to travel and get to know the area I visit, know the good places to eat and see the good sites. Getting to know people from different backgrounds always fascinates me. Iceland, Scotland, Ireland, Chile and Peru are on the short list.
If you want to come visit me in Burton, Michigan, USA just outside of the notorious Flint, MI I would be glad to provide some hospitality. Come in the summer and I will show you around the gardens we grow food and flowers in and our new orchard we will be putting in this spring. We can drink home made mead and you can learn the native card game of Michigan, euchre.

Teach, Learn, Share
I like to move my body, teach people who to move theirs and learn from those who can do it better than I can. Lets talk about growing plants, eating well and movement practice.
