Overview
About Me
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: I won't be in Madrid from the 8th of July until the beginning of August.
Half Scottish, half Spanish. Pretty fun mix if you ask me! But I'm just someone who wants to get the most out of live before it's over and there is a whole world to discover (it rhymes, so it must be true). I'm a Business and Law student who wants to work in HR. I love to challenge myself by trying to learn new things and living where I don't know anyone and anything because I believe that awesome things only happen out of your comfort zone. Always be a traveler, never a tourist.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To meet new people with different backgrounds and cultures, to help them have a friendly and awesome experience of Madrid, and also to get the same treatment in return in other countries I visit.
Interests
Travelling, reading, trying new types of cuisines and recipes, sharing my point of view of the world with others, learning new cultures, music festivals, playing instruments such as my ukulele or my darbuka and last but not least, gardening (Yes, you read right. No, I'm not a 60 year old guy). Actually most hobbies people have interest me because they have a special meaning for them.

Music, Movies, and Books
I think my favourite book could be "A brave new world" from Aldous Huxley, my favourite music band is Placebo (I love rock and indie), and my favourite films would be "Pulp fiction" and "Into the wild".
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I once ate 1kg of sirloin steak. Not doing it again.
What I Can Share with Hosts
My precious time and amazing conversation. Also, I know how to cook typical Spanish dishes if the latter wasn't enough, which I can hardly believe.
