It's better to meet someone who similar with you than pay to hotel/hostels. You can get a new idea or experiences but the hotel room can't give this to you. :)

Music and instruments, science, history, to discover new places and meet people, to eat new things, to think about something that you try to explain or analyze, to learn something that i am interested in, meditation in nature, to watch the universe and nature.
