Overview
About Me
Am an easy, open guy, studying psychology, interested (at least to the degree that I enjoy learning and talking about) various things from arts, music, to history and cars and technology. Easy going and ready to experience and enjoy pretty much anything - hiking in nature, going to a concert, having pointless debates about the meaning of life, partying, watching movies, or just going for a beer or two. Mainly I just enjoy meeting and being with people (quite surprising considering my studies I know), seeing how wonderfully diverse we can be and how varied our thinking and interests can be. Though if you have a dog it might be a contest for who wins my attention sometimes. But usually I try to contain myself.
If you like talking about pretty much anything and are not bothered by occasional (or pretty regular, depending on mood and occasion) sarcasm, Im sure we can have a great time. Living in a bubble is never a good idea, and meeting new people from different places is a great way to burst that bubble.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Like I said I enjoy meeting and hanging our with new people, and its harder to do it in a five star hotel. Even harder to meet someone who actually lives in the place you are staying at.

Music, Movies, and Books
Open-minded about music, pretty much anything that sings to my heart, from balkan, gypsy etc.folk music to electronica, rock, punk, jazz, classical, post-rock, metal etc.. Finding new artists to listen to is always an exciting proposition.
Movies are an especially important part of my life, finding a new movie that speaks to me will carry my spirits for weeks on end. Paris, Texas is by far my favorite film, but really anything with a hint of melancholic longing will surely be up my alley.
While I do read books, I am not really a bookworm. Though I enjoy a good read, and I do enjoy reading about history, or historical books like Homage to Catalonia, All Quiet on the Western Front or The Notevook.
What I Can Share with Hosts
My experiences, stories, a listening ear, dad jokes, music artists, fun facts, can play guitar if forced to, can cook though no guarantees on quality. Am always happy to help with anything, know how to use power-tools without harming myself (usually).
