About Me
Hi! I'm David, from Barcelona :)
I am an open-minded, respectful, friendly, sportish, passionate, optimistic and energetic person. Looking forward to broaden my experience, not only in the working field, but in the personal growth too.
I strongly believe that travelling and visiting other countries stimulates curiosity and understanding about other cultures and traditions. In fact, it has been one of my favourite activities for many years, and this has had a direct impact on my character and way of working.
Having strong values and fundamental pillars on which to build your personality and environment is crucial.
Doesn't matter what or who you believe in, your skin color, your sexual orientation or your political ideals as long as you respect all forms of life.
Looking forward to meet you! Fins aviat!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
It's free, it's fun, it's friendly, it's easy, it gives you new experiences, you host and you're hosted and you get to know other people's cultures, traditions, languages and personal experiences.
Also, I hosted coachsurfers when I did my Erasmus in Split, Croatia, and the experiences were always extremely positive.
Now I need some host for my upcoming international projects. I just need some shelter under which spending the night :D

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: Heavy metal & Classical music. I don't like Reaggeton (yes, unveliebable when being a Spanish person!!)
Movies: In to the wild, Dallas buyer's club, The Lord of the Rings (All of them, of course), Harry Potter saga, Star Wars saga, MCU movies. Although in general I like movies that have a good plot.
Books: A game of fire and ice saga, Harry Potter saga, Discworld books, Horus Heresy's book saga...Especially science fiction and / or fantasy.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I saved two men's lives in two different occasions and a dog in a railway station. I've been in more than 45 different countries in the world and I've swam with sharks.
Although the most amazing thing I've done and I'll keep on doing is to encourage people, being caring and curious, but also listening from the heart.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach Catalan! Also, I can teach several hand tricks to keep peole entertained :-)
I want to learn more French! I've been (since now) 140 days with Duolingo in French. I also want to learn different dances and dance steps.
I can share my experiences and feedbacks when it comes to visiting other countries, also tips on how to manage a team, or what to visit in Barcelona!
