About Me

"El mundo es un libro, y quienes no viajan leen sólo una página".

I am Ena - originally I am german, but for some reason my heart converted itself completely hispanic during the last 10 years. I am a quite decent, easy going, open-minded and cheerful med student who's kind of addicted to her Café Latte :) Most of the time I am in a good mood and always keen to go out and explore the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I adore couchsurfing because it gives me insight into a new culture and the daily life of a city or country that would be hard to get when you're staying in a hotel. Sharing experiences, exchanging ideas and having great conversations is the perfect way to explore this awesome planet we are living on. That's how we learn, grow and gain new spirit.

I appreciate the hospitality and open(minded)ness of all those amazing people I met around the world who opened their homes and their own little world to me.

Music, Movies, and Books

Reggaeton - I am absolutely in love with spanish / hispanic music. I also like listening (and sometimes dancing) to Salsa and Bachata.

I love to read - so it's hard to list all the amazing books I've read, but my favourite in the last years was "Me before you" by Jojo Moyes - and I enjoyed the film.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In august 2015 I went to the Salar of Uyuni - the world's largest salt flat - and the unique landscape you can see there is incredibly overwhelming. I also spent the most freezing nights ever, but it is - without doubt - well worth it for the amazing scenery.
