My music obsessions are generally associated with occult/outsider stuff (neofolk, dark ambient, romantic post-industrial heartthrobs, and similar esoteric niches), 80's DIY/cassette culture (industrial, new wave, minimal synth, coldwave, etc), late sixties psychedelia (krautrock, tropicalia, acid folk, etc), and anything in between.

Herzog. Miyazaki is classic too.

My bookshelf consists primarily of political theory, game theory, anarchist philosophy, psychology, and brewing literature. I'm more of a burnt out post-academic, but I think I'd be a better person if I had the patience for fiction as well.
