My name is Michaela but all my friends and family call me Míša :)). I'm easy-going, open-minded; friendly girl from the Czech Republic.

I love meeting new people, getting to know their cultures, languages, dishes and sharing our experiences. :)
I've spent several months in Brussels, Belgium where I did study as an Erasmus student. There I realized how much I love traveling and all the stuff around it! Since that time I've been trying to travel as much as I can and meeting people all around the world.

Then in summer 2016 I've met an amazing family from Catalonia (Spain). There I spent one month and "worked" as Au Pair. I used "quotes" cuz I was not really working. It was a pleasure to spend time with two little children. We had a lot of fun!!

Luckily I was chosen to study as exchange student in Yekaterinburg, Russia in 2017. I still cannot believe that it happend. Since this time I actually believe in MAGIC & power of the universe! 🔮😊

After Russia I came back to my spanish family for one month again. So happy to met and spent time with them again!

In September 2017 I left to Lisbon, Portugal and I spent one amazing year there.

Right now I'm in Mexico!

[1] Great stay by Aube and little Samuel in Brussels (three nights in summer 2015) - before I left CZ for my Erasmus stay, I wanted to get know Brussels. I could not be more lucky because staying by Aube was simply perfect! :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

This is pretty simple! As I've already mentioned I wanna meet new people and share stories of our lives & travels. Nothing is more interesting than know a culture from the point of native person.

Interests

As you might noticed in my gallery I love horses! Well, I love animals in general but horses are the best! My next passion is fire sport. Then I love travelling and languages!! :-)

I can't forget about my family and friends :-)
