Overview
About Me
Hi all! I'm a 29 year old personal trainer / kinesiologist living in Montreal, my home town, since forever except when I went to live in Tokyo, Japan, for a little over 2 years which was the best experience of my life. I have a quiet lifestyle and am an introvert but people would not notice it - I just don't hang out with people as often as some others, but when I'm with them I'm enjoying myself a lot and might become quite talkative :) I have a high amount of energy, hence the profession I chose and the amount of time I spend doing physical activities. I love spending time with the few people I'm comfortable with, like my boyfriend and a couple of best friends!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I don't travel that often, and prefer to stay at one place for a longer while so that I get to know the culture well. I am not so much into visiting than understanding a country :) I am also still a student in university and don't have much money, so that is a big part of the reason why I am on this website. The other part is that I can't afford to take very long vacations so it would be a pleasure to get to meet more people from the country or city I visit to get to know all about it better (though I won't annoy you with questions.. too much!)
Interests
I danced for a while (15 years) when I was younger but stopped 10 years ago already (time flies!), right now I'm doing yoga on and off but enjoy it very much, I work out at the gym I work at, do bicycling as my means of transportation most of the year... Otherwise, I love watching TV series but can't say I'm addicted to Netflix neither. I love studying about humans (psychology, sociology, etc.)
