Overview
About Me
Dear couchsurfers, I am currently traveling so I am not able to host you (no, I didn't take my couch with me, but it's not available for a few weeks).
I am 26 year old and am working as a teaching assistant at the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the University of Rijeka. I started my PhD course in structural mechanics almost two years ago.
I enjoy traveling all around the world, even though I have traveled only around Europe until now.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I think that Couchsurfing is a great way to meet now people and save some money when traveling. This way you can really get to know the culture of a certain place you are staying at and have the real local experience.
Interests
I like to spend time meeting new people and their points of view, going out, dancing (to different kinds of music, from house to indie rock), playing board games (Pictionary, Jamb, etc) and eating good food.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music that's currently on my playlist: Foo Fighters, David Bowie, Grimes, Manu Chao, Jose Gonzalez, Emeli Sande, Sia, The Prodigy, Mystery Jets, etc.
I am more of a TV show person and these days am watching Game of Thrones (as does the rest of the world) and New Girl.

Teach, Learn, Share
Since I am doing my PhD in structural mechanics (dynamics of rigid bodies, to be precise) I have background knowledge in mathematics and would like to discuss anything related to dynamics.
