21 year old dude living alone in my mum's apartment in downtown Reykjavík but letting tourtists stay in the extra room cuz I like meeting new people!

I love backpacking myself and like crashing at people's places on my travels. It gives you a unique experience and has personal value. So that is why I'm doing exactly what I would want someone to do for me.

But for the karma to work sufficiently my conditions are simple:
-Be verified
-Have at least one reference
-Accepting or maybe accepting guests

The apartment is sold so I'm letting people stay until the 25th of August(deadline). Also I'm traveling 20 June - 12th July in Croatia so no luck there.
