Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Our worldtrip starts in September 2015 and we definitely want to experience different countries in a different way than the typical tourist. Oh and we are not just interested in the countries we also want to meet up new people, hear their storys and get to know their couches! :D

Interests

SOPHIE: I love to catch my camera and go outside.. If you look up our photos you'll see some of my shoots. I love flowers (that's why my favourite season is spring) the nature itself and animals. I absolutely adore dogs.. In my mind if everybody would behave like dogs do there wouldn't be any war. I love to see the stars at night and I couldn't imagine to live in a big city where I couldn't see them because of the light pollution (which doesn't mean that i don't want to visit cities like this). I love to hear Music and sing but I think for this there is a list item below. Oh yes and finally I have to say I'm "interested" in Michael

MICHAEL: all sorts of Ben and Jerry's icecream, in general Food, going for a walk with my dog Luna (sometimes Sophie is allowed to join us), i would like to drive an old VW-bus or a VW-Beetle but for now there's no Money left haha :)

Music, Movies, and Books

MOVIES: We absolutley love movies.. Michael is blown away by Liam Neeson, he thinks this is the coolest fellow in the whole universe. There aren't any movies with which we don't agree with... except Mad Max - Fury Road haha! Sophie says it's horrible, especially the guitar guy in front of this massive car

Michaels loves the movie "The Shawshank Redemption" and Sophie "Le fabuleux destin d’Amélie Poulain" and "The Secret Life of Walter Mitty".

MUSIC: Michael is probably forced by Sophie to hear her music because she is always looking up something new and hears a lot of music. Michael likes bands like Sum 41 and Sophie's list is much longer.. but her favourite song since years is Wax and Wire from Loch Lochmond. Both like to hear old Music and everytime we hear a older song we have to write the name down because we want to download it for our trip

BOOKS: Sophie loves to read books because she thinks it gives you much more space for Imagination.. her favourite book is "Bilder von dir - Jojo Moyes" which she got from Michael.

Teach, Learn, Share

We absolutley want to LEARN about new cultures, different people and their passion. We want to SHARE a smile with people about who we've never thought they would even exist. We want to "TEACH" people about our culture, maybe when we are sitting on our couch in Austria :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

The Austrian kitchen is absolutley delicous and if you want to eat a "Kaiserschmarn", "Apfelstrudel" or a "Wiener Schnitzel"(Google it haha)... youre going to.. if you host us hihi
