I was born on 4th of July 1995. I grew up in Czestochowa, city in south-west Poland.
Currently I live in Wroclaw, after high school I've started studies at Academy of Fine Arts there. I'm a stage design student, I'm learning how to design and make decorations for theatre plays or movies, I make puppets and also draw, paint and sculpt (or at least try to do this last one:P).
In my free time I like going to the theatre and cinema, and checking out museum exhibitions. I love meeting my firends and going out with them, sitting at cafes or bars, eating, drinking and talking:)
Sometimes I like to escape the noisy city and visit countryside to quietly walk around forest and fields. I also love going to the mountains. Although I'm not a professional in that matter, I like to climb a bit and than get some rest at mountain shelter. I enjoy silence and being close to nature.

I have created my account here, because I thought it can be a completely new and exciting way of travelling.
I believe there is no better way to know a country, than to spend some time with the locals:)
I'm really looking forward to meet new people and hopefully get some friends around the world:)
I would also want to show you my own country, Poland, for it really is one of the most beautiful.

Interests

Most of my interests are connected to my studies. I love going to the theatre and cinema.
I like to paint and draw, and developing that skills is always fun for me.
I'm very curious of the world, therefore I love to travel and to meet new people.
I'm also a food maniac, love to prepare and eat different meals. I'm always willing to try a new dish. One of my dreams is to try all the cuisines of the world:)

Music: generally rock music and all its subgenres, but I'm always willing to listen to something new. Some of favourite bands: Kasabian, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, Arctic Monkeys, Placebo, Of Monsters and Man, and many more...
Movies: superfan of Lord of The Rings Trilogy, all Disney movies, everything directed by Wes Anderson (Fantastic Mr. Fox, Moonrise Kingdom, Grand Budapest Hotel and all the rest), some movies from Studio Ghibli (Spirited Away, Princess Mononoke, Hauru Flying Castle), and many more...
Books: one of my favourite writers is Haruki Murakami, I haven't read everything yet, but I'm working on it:) some of my favourite titles are: Norwegian Wood and Sputnik Sweetheart.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to learn a bit of language of every country I visit:) generally want to learn as much as possible about all foreign places.
And, most of all, I would like to know how to make some typical dishes:D
