About Me

Hey guys! I am psychology graduate and this lovely planet citizen! After my Erasmus in Warsaw, I realised how awesome is to meet new people, to learn so many beautiful things.

Every day brings something to discover. I love trying new things, hear different views, meet interesting people and feel fully amazed by their lives and minds.

After my studies, I was doing my last Erasmus internship in Porto, whereas now I am a part of European Voluntary Service in the same Porto.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I tried Couchsurfing in summer in Latvia. It was a very awesome experience. It was the first time when I actually heard about this site. I would love to host others (I am sure I will do it in the future) but now I am not able to do that. But I would love to help in any other way! :)

Why am I here? Cause moving without borders it's a freedom. Freedom to feel, to touch, to smell and it is damn good feeling to experience and be a part of it.

Interests

I was always fascinated about the text as a powerful tool. It can be used as a way to create beauty, to start a fight or to win a battle. I am volunteering in students organization where I refind its meaning by being responsible for messages that reach others and ways to make it more persuasive.
I am also interested in variates of subjects and I always try not to lose opportunity to learn more. I am curious about sociology, global politics or the ways that human being creates its own meaning of happiness and how its actually shapes his life.
And my true love, dogs. If you have one, I already like you. Seriously. I guess it would be interesting to study dogs behaviour one day.

Music, Movies, and Books

Well, I like music but do not have any special kind. Maybe Indie. Sometimes. The same for movies. I think it depends on my feelings. The films that I watched at least few times are Like the King's speech, Silver Lining Notebook, The Young Victoria or Transendence... I loved the idea of low budget film 'Ink'. Have any recommendations? :P. Pleaaase, just not love stories...

And books. There are too many of them to be mentioned. One of the most beautiful book that has ever written is The Little Prince. It's just brilliant. I recently finished Don't kill a Mockinbird. Also Lovely Bartimeaus trilogy, Proust Searching for Lost Time, Aitmatov Плаха, beautiful Axel Munthe and the Story about San Michele, like the guide for life...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hm. Well. During my trip to Romania I was caring my lovely Teddy Bear with me. I have got a lot of attention, especially from children. They all were like, ei, mummy, look at that big girl with Teddy Bear! And loooooots of smiles. That was a bit childish but really cute.
