Hello everyone,
I'm Giuliana, 19 years old and currently living in Lake Louise working for the Fairmont.
I've grew up bilingual. My dad is from Italy and my mom is German.
I just finished school and am now travelling for a bit before starting university.
Later I'm planing on moving out and starting university in Stockholm.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

Mainly because I'm planing on doing couch surfing whenever I travel. But once I've moved out I want to host people as well, and get to know different cultures and different people from all over the world.

Interessen

I like travelling of course, and different cultures. But I'm also interested in new things. I like to try new sports, new food and meet new people!
Other than that I'm interested in sustainability and agriculture, which is why I'm volunteering on a farm in Norway right now.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I don't listen to many different artist. I have a few favourites which I listen to over and over again.
I'd watch any kind of movie except it's a horror movie. My all time favourites are Notting Hill and Love Actually. Good documentaries now and then are nice too!
I like to read histrocial or futuristic books.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

The most amazing thing I've done is probably my exchange year in England when I was sixteen. Even though it's become a trend to go abroad and do an exchange at such a young age, I think it's still pretty brave to go live with strangers for a year, when you're not even an adult yet.
And I've actually decided I wanted to go abroad for a year when I was 12 (!!). :-)
