I am an ordinary person who enjoys trying different things, who would like to make the most of her time ("suck out all the marrow of life"), and who is not afraid of change.
I have made a big career move from banking to writing and, frankly, I'm quite proud of it.
I think I am open-minded, value my friendships above many other things, and my interests somehow define me as a person, so please have a look at that department!

I want to meet people while traveling, to get to know "the human factor" of the country I visit, not just monuments and landscape. I think Couchsurfing offers everyone that unique side of the matter, that huge opportunity which can be otherwise elusive.

Learning, specially in the field of liberal arts. A bit of a "perpetual student", really: if I could get paid to attend courses, I'd probably do little less else (unfortunately I haven't been able to convince anyone about it!).
