I home school my kids and I like to travel with them and use the world to educate them. I also like reading, backpacking, paddle boarding, history, and family time.

Given birth- that was hard. Also they stick around for a while (the kids) and so then there's the raising them part.
I've hiked the lost coast, and to the top of mount Shasta, and camped for 10 days in Hawaii, but really it's the day to day spontaneous things that turn out to be the most amazing.
