Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Right now I'm returning back home to Czech republic from my summer work in Alaska, so I would like to meet as many new people as possible :)

Interests

My greatest passion is music. Some time in the future I'd like to be a professional musician. I can sing quite well and I play the electric guitar and drums for many years. I played in many bands with different genres - Melodic Death, Black, Gothic metal as well as Hard Rock or Progressive/Alternative Rock. We also had some live performances. Honestly I can say I'm somewhere slightly above average with my guitar and drumming skills but what I'm really exceptional at is composing music. I'm even planning to go to a music academy after I'm done with IT studies. Sometimes I also write a lyrics, so some might say I'm also a poet :-) Most of my latest songs are uploaded on YouTube, my artistic pseudonym is Mephisto. Right now the songs are really contemporary and fresh, I think.

Regarding sports, I'm doing only skiing and hiking... I'm really bad at collective sports, don't know why xD

Finally, I enjoy meeting new people, so I'm often participating various social events like parties, concerts etc. And balls and discos because I like all sorts of dancing.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to music a lot and it's not only Hard&Heavy. I have some favourite classical composers such as Antonio Vivaldi or Carl Nielsen and I like also Dubstep or Electronica.

I read books, altough unfortunately I often don't have enough time for it. Fantasy and Sci-fi I like the most. And I watch movies. I'm visiting cinema almost every month.
