Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It is rewarding to meet people with completely different views and experiences, listening to anecdotes and learning more about other cultures. Also hotels and hostels are incredibly expensive so of course it makes sense to share a couch with the world.

Interests

I love to use my hands and mind in a creative way once in a while. I am particulairly much into playing piano either alone or in a band. Also I love cooking.. especially vietnamese and italian dishes.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like jazz, funk, soul, classic, folk and more. These days my favourite artists are Liane La Havas, D'Angelo, Lake Street Dive and Feist, but it changes all the time. Some of my favourite movies are Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Garden State, Submarine, Atonement and Motorcycle Diaries (which always make me wanna travel right away, when I watch it). Dinas Book, Narnia, Moonpalace and Narcissus and Goldmund are some of the best books I've read.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once swam in a river that was also home to some caimans. It was in Brazil and I was 14 years old and crazy back then.
