Overview
About Me
I’m a sociology student from Prague. As much as I like to travel, I always look forward to come back home, and as much as I love exploring cities, I sometimes need to recharge myself somewhere far from all the people.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to explore places and meet new people like anyone else here. My dream is to visit every state of US and every country in Europe.
Interests
Saying that I like traveling is probably redundant here.
Besides exploring new cultures and places, I love me some good food and obviously - as a true Czech - beer. When I’m free, I like to visit art galleries, do photography, read, relax while golfing or sport shooting, or simply go for a walk.

Music, Movies, and Books
“What music do you listen to?” is one of the worst getting-to-know-you questions you can ask me. I enjoy classical music as much as disco, jazz, rock, or traditional Czech folk music.
I’m not a big movie person but that doesn’t mean I don’t like movies at all. I really enjoy foreign movie festivals but I also like classics, such as Shawshank Redemption, American Beauty, or Big Fish.
Reading books is one of my favorite things to do, even though I’ve been kinda neglecting it lately.
My favorite writers are mostly Czech. I really like Franz Kafka’s Metamorphosis, Zdeněk Jirotka’s Saturnin or Karel Čapek’s Noetic Trilogy. However one of my personal favorites is Vernon God Little by DBC Pierre.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Well I don’t think I have any special skills but I can surely share something about Czech culture and bake some Czech sweets :)
