About Me

Hey, I am a german girl. I have finished my Bachelor of Science in summer 2016 and afterwards I travelled through the US. The past 5 months i spent in Vancouver, B.C. Now me and my friend Jennifer Spicker (check out her profile) are on a roadtrip through canada. It's a so much fun and we are looking forward to meeting new people. In the past days we slept in our van, but we definetely want to connect with more people on our trip. :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing is a nice way to get to know interesting people and to see the area through locals eyes. I had great experiences with couchsurfing so far. I love the idea of sharing stories and of course accommodation with like minded people :)

Interests

I have a lot of interests and am open-minded to other people and their interests. I also admire people who are passionate about one or two activities. My interests differ from time to time, my only constant interests are spending as much time as possible with my friends, doing sports and travelling. I am a peaceful soul, hating wars and weapons. I love being outside, chilling in the park, exploring the city, spending evenings with friends and music. I try my best to take care about the environment and living creatures.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite band is Bastille
At parties I prefer electro/techno

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

• Running and finishing the New York Marathon 2016 with my mom. It was an amazing experience!!

• Joining the german NGO Viva con Agua and helping to sensitize peoples awareness for the subjects water, sanitation and hygiene in poor countries. We are raising money for waterprojects. The big goal is that everyone get an access to clean drinking water and toilets.
