New to the area, but I have a lovely couch, recliner, and cot. I'm a bit of a science nerd. I'm a techie to some degree (love it and hate it at the same time). I have a rare genetic condition that occasionally tires me out, but when I'm well I love to hike and camp. My husband speaks fluent Japanese and I'm learning from him.

Mating crows frequently are paired together for years and some are so for life. Most of their offspring leave the nest after growing up, but some stay with their parent to assist in co-operative breeding going as far as to take care of their younger siblings.
