About Me

HI! I'm a student, currently residing in Montreal! I study international cooperation with the hopes of pursuing a career in international development or go for law after I'm done with my current studies.

I'm an epicurean. Good food, good wine and good company is the key to happiness for me. I love to live life and I live to love it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to meet people from around the world and show them how beautiful and lively Montreal is.

Interests

I will almost always choose museums over movie theaters. If shopping was a sport, I'd be a gold medalist from ridiculously high number of Olympics.

Even though my physique does not speak for itself, I enjoy sports. I've done figure skating for 14 years, Ice Hockey for 3 years and I've tried my hand at many other sports (both on and off the ice). I try to maintain a healthy lifestyle by going to the gym or playing a game of tennis with my bestie.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like a wide variety of music. As of right now, I listen to a lot of k-hip hop/rap, trap and a bit of EDM. I'm also a big fan of Fall Out Boy and Avenged Sevenfold.

Pride and Prejudice was definitely a better movie than it was a book, but I enjoyed both. I'm currently reading "Le Rouge et le Noir" from Stendhal. Before that, I read "Escape from Camp 14" by Shin Dong-hyuk, "La Petite Fadette" by George Sand and many more.

I don't really watch movies, I'm more of a show gal. I like OITNB, House of Cards, Game of Thrones, The Office and Downton Abbey.

It is best to say that I am an ecletic gal

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've given up the last year to take care of my sick parents and I'm just extremely thankful that I was able to do it. They are getting better but I also realize that this isn't the case for everyone and it is pretty amazing to me to be this fortunate in my misfortune.

Countries I’ve Visited

Haiti, Portugal, United States
