We are a Tunisian couple living in Japan since 2010. We're fond about sports and nature. We are actually enjoying a quiet life in Gifu city doing a lot of cycling in and around the city!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We love traveling and meeting local people to learn about their culture and traditions and Couchsurfing seems the right place to do so!
We will also be happy to meet visitors in Gifu and also Tunisia when we go back there!

Music: As we said it's subject to change but if we had to choose: Fayrouz, Melody Gardot, Miles Davis, Led Zepplin ... AND Tunisian underground music!

Movies: Ghibli Studio movies, Into the wild

Books: L'etranger (Camus) as a classic. We're actually reading a lot of books about diet and permaculture.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Living in Japan for more than 5 years, we had a lot of adventures and traveled a lot inside Japan.

Teach, Learn, Share

Sana: I speak different languages fluently, I'll be happy to teach you some arabic, french or Japanese and still want to learn more languages if I get the opportunity!

Riadh: I'm always ready for a football game, a hike or bike ride!

We are unfortunately not able to host guests in our apartment but we can show you around and give you tips about traveling in Japan.
