About Me
Hello everybody,
this profile has been created some years ago and not all the info has been updated since then, but I'm sure it's better to tell you the rest in person, when we meet :)
I am a Czech girl raised in a village, studying architecture in Prague, "City of a Hundred Spires". Two years ago I went for exchange studies to Finland, later I moved to Slovenia for an internship and since that I can't stop travelling and exploring the world.
I hate going back the same way I came, so I don't do it. There is always another solution and usally it enhance your experience actually.
I study architecture and take immense number of photos, which I'm not able to sort then.

I like to send uncommon postcards from my trips and store all the catalogues and flyers from exhibitions, which I don't have the heart to throw away.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Couchsurging offers much more interesting way how to travel. I would like to get known the culture of the countries visited and meet interesting people there. It is really easy way how to get in touch with locals... Hope so, I have no further experience so far.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like all good music. As a child I was a big fan of Rammstein, now I prefer something a little bit more calm, especially electronic music :-)
Bonobo, Caribou, Parov Stelar, Alt-J, Tame Impala…
I am in love with Alejandro González Iñárritu and sense of humor of many directors from northern countries (A. T. Jensen – De grønne slagtere, Adams æbler; Morten Tyldum – Hodejegerne)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I cycled from Netherlands to Czech to get a friend of mine home from his exchange studies there. Estimated 800 kilometres turned into 1089 and 9 nights of sleeping in a hammock in between (mostly) german trees. An unforgettable trip. Two years later I went the same way back. That time alone. This experience turned into almost three months and 2000 kilomethes and I got through Germany, Netherlands and Belgium all the way to England.
I was dipped (I can't call it swimming) in the Arctic Ocean in the beginning of February. The night after I saw the Aurora for the first time. An unbelievable day.
I hitchhiked across half of Laos, trying to communicate with local people with my basics of Lao and body language. An incredible 1.500 km.
I tried to learn Finnish.
Teach, Learn, Share
I could learn you some Czech songs or even tongue twisters, which is quite popular fun (czech is the only language having Ř – what a challenge to try it!), or how to use some adobe programs – part of my everyday life.
