Kia Ora! I am Anja from Austria, living in Pekapeka, New Zealand. I have found the most amazing people on Couchsurfing including my partner and best friend. I am thankful for every surfer and every host that opened up their homes even tho it can seem sketchy having some random sleeping on your couch.

I am creative, sporty and absolutely love exploring new cultures, new foods (plants), new environments, and meeting new people. I enjoy long runs along the beach, do yoga every day and sketch people.
I like being tidy and don't like taking more than I give.
If you host me I would make sure to host you in exchange, do some yoga (if you want that) cook for you (with food I would buy) or help you in any other form.
Couchsurfing is about sharing and exchanging skills, knowledge and experiences instead of spending money on a fancy hotel.

Couchsurfing is the best way to meet people from all around the world who share the same interests. It gives me the chance to experience countries not just as a tourist and also help travelers in exchange.
