Overview
About Me
I'm a 24 year old teacher and photographer currently residing in Melbourne, Australia. Born in Malaysia, I have since lived in China, Australia, and the US. My two occupational skills come together as I teach and photograph for peace.
I enjoy learning more about cultures and traditions because they bring about valuable perspectives in the search for truth. I hope to travel as much as I can to document these cultures and traditions through photographs and use my experiences to educate and strive for social change and ultimately, peace.
After all, how great would it be, if we could all appreciate what everyone brings to the table? We are already living in this world together, we might as well get better at working together!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm hoping to meet up with locals to gain insights into local issues. I want to learn about different ways of life. I want to learn through doing and living.
With a particular interest in portrait photography, I also hope to meet locals who are happy to help me in my photo projects -- projects where I aim to reveal authentic images where we are all people who are worthy of love, admiration, and respect.
