About Me

Hey there!
I'm Albert Reverendo and I'm 22 years old. I'm originally from Girona, a beatiful city one hour away from Barcelona, where I'm currently studying Philosophy and Political Sciences.

I consider myself to be energetic and always willing to learn new things and hear from new points of view. I give a lot of importance to harmonic human relations, and friendship.

Also, I spent a lot of my time with the European Youth Parliament, a youth organisation formed and led by youngsters aged 16 to 25 years old (aprox). Therefore, I always travel abroad when I can, and like to meet people from all over Europe.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I really like travelling abroad and getting to know people who live in the places I'm visiting. I always enjoy nice conversations and sharing thoughts, experiences and ways to see what we're living.

I'm on Couchsurfing 'cause it's just the perfect platform that brings us together and makes travelling easier and way more interesting. It also shows how easy-going people can be when trust and genuine interest are what make us move.

Interests

I really like theatre, philosophy and culture. I will always enjoy a good beer in nice company, or a more intense drink in a pub, if necessary.
I normally get on well with pets, specially dogs, I've got a Golden called Tuna (yes, Tuna...).

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm currently experiencing an expansion period when it comes to music, so I'm open to discover new groups and artists. Here's some music I like:

· Crystal Fighters (Solar System. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vyTgjbzolKk)
· Gramatik (Hit that Jive Jack. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_m2zGncgLjw)
· Mumford and Sons (The Cave. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fNy8llTLvuA)
· Gorillaz (Clint Eastwood. https://youtu.be/UclCCFNG9q4)

· Yann Tiersen (Piano: https://i.ytimg.com/vi/omhHQ2mVWXU/mqdefault.jpg)

As for the Books, I try to combine literature and philosophy at the same time. Some titles I highlight are:
- The steparian wolf (Hermann Hesse)
- The Elegance of the Hedgehog (Muriel Barbery)
- Socrates Apology (Plato)
- Fear of Knowledge: Against Relativism and Constructivism (Paul Boghossian)
- Art, an Enemy of the People (Roger Taylor)
