About Me

I'm a 25 year old graduate from Girona working in Deloitte Barcelona since 2016. I studied Business but I find other fields such as Sociology or Psychology really interesting too.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Visiting a place with a local offers an insight that is nowhere to be found in guide books, so here I am to do it when I travel and to offer travellers the same thing back.

Interests

Travelling to new places and meeting new people, finding the right song for that one moment of the day when I just need to unwind (which actually happens quite often), reading a book/watching a movie that entertains me, or one that makes me question my beliefs, or one that makes me cry - or all of them at once -, going out with friends for a walk, to have a coffee, to the cinema, to drink beer or whatever drink comes up, to eat in a good restaurant or just in a fast-food place when we are short of money... I do have many different interests that are difficult to sum up here.

  • literature
  • photography
  • environment
  • politics
  • economics
  • philosophy
  • psychology
  • sociology
  • language exchange
  • gastronomy
  • cultural exchange
  • saving the planet

Music, Movies, and Books

Too long lists for me to be able to write a worthy summary in here, but lately I have been reading books by Margaret Atwood*, listening to The Beatles and binging on many series, Game of Thrones being amongst them.

* currently a dystopia titled "The Heart Goes Last".

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travelling from Girona to Nordkapp and all the way back by motorbike (my father being the driver).
