我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I love getting a glimpse of someone else's life. Traveling is just as much about the people you meet as it is about the new places you see. I believe that everyone has a unique amazing soul worth getting to know and I hope that with each person I meet I can learn from them and better myself. After all the only person we are competing with is the one we see in the mirror. I hope to some day be settled in enough to host travelers but until then I will be feeding my restless soul.

I love long walks on the beach in the moonlight. Haha but seriously This is starting to feel like a dating profile.
I love seeing the beauty in Mother nature whether I'm driving through it or I'm lucky enough to be biking and hiking in the midst of it all. I love traveling/seeing something new(I'm addicted), meeting new people,and trying things I've never tried before.

I'd rather have adventures than read about people having adventures. But I realize that well read people are quite enjoyable and I'm working on finding more time to read so if you have suggestions for must reads I am open to hearing them.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

On a whim I went to Peru alone (knowing zero spanish) and volunteered for 2 1/2 months before traveling the country. It was a real taste of living in a 3rd world country as I was based in a very poor area. Also, now I can fall asleep basically anywhere As long as I can get vertical.

I'm trying to learn spanish at the moment but I don't think I could teach anything quite yet. Or I can teach you how to make a loon sound with your hands?? haha

We have quite an interesting group. We can show you how to make beer disappear and have dance competitions or relax and share stories over a cup of coffee. (We are pretty flexible to your tastes.) I'm also really good at having backmassages, just saying.. traveling makes you so sore. (** only slighly not kidding)
